What exactly is "Asian Walking" and is it a real workout?

Absolutely. Asian Walking (sometimes called "Chinese Walking" or "Rhythmic Walking") is a low-impact, high-repetition cardio exercise that originated in Asia and gained global popularity through social media. It involves a specific pattern of stationary marching with exaggerated hip movements, arm pumps, and core engagement.

Do I need any equipment or a gym membership?

No. That is the beauty of this program.You need:
  • A small space (approximately 2x2 meters)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A device to watch the lessons (phone, tablet, laptop, or TV

That's it. No weights, no bands, no gym. You can do this in your living room, bedroom, office, or even a hotel room while traveling. The course is designed for absolute convenience.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this course too advanced for me?

The Asian Walking curriculum is structured progressively.

How long are the lessons and how much time do I need per week?
